PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL your room reservation or it will not go back into our block (even if you’re only canceling part of your reservation)
Please email us at info@montereyswing.com with the subject "MSF 2025 Room" and we will take the room so that someone still looking can have it.
*Please try to figure out your roommate(s) situation sooner rather than later so that if you no longer need your room it can be made available to someone else ASAP. Check out our Facebook page to look for roommates if needed.

Transportation:

Best airport to fly into are MRY (Super close to Venue) If this isn't possible, we suggest SJC, SFO, OAK or LAX (in the order for distance). We suggest if you fly into any airport other than MRY, to rent a car.
For transport from the MRY airport to the hotel, The Hyatt offers a free shuttle (see Hotel website for more info). Uber and Lyft are great back up  options although many drive or rent cars to enjoy the sites outside of Resort.
